Small group coaching can be affective if the appropriate skill level is consistent among players. Attention to desired skills improvements must enable an cohesive plan among the group.
Lessons take place at various locations, depending on the need, and number of players
Week 1 - Basic movement with and without the ball - Core skills alongside head and body movement - Intro of techniques sequentially in simple settings
Week 2 - Playing off the back foot - Linking play in simple settings
Week 3 - Movement off the ball to anticipate play - Linking play beyond the next move
