With coaching and teaching experience in the US and England, Matthew combines his passion for soccer, coaching and growing youth. Matthew brings his expertise onto the field and helps kids, develop, believe and achieve. 

 

A two-prong approach combines the mental (why) and the physical (how), helping build strategy, quickness and action!

 

Matt grew up in England, playing "footie" anywhere they could get a game going.  His family has supported the same team, West Ham United, for generations.  Imagine the excitement of receiving his West Ham International Academy Coaching Diploma, which he did in 2010, as part of the inaugural class.

Matt holds a UEFA B License; West Ham United International Academy Coaching Diploma.

By day, Matt teaches science at Northview Middle School, where his 11 year old triplets attend 6th grade.  In addition to Hannah, Ella and Henry, he and Jill also have Lexi who is 4.  All are West Ham United fans!
